Freeze Short Season Winds Down

Five NJ Freeze Short Season Teams will finish up league play in November. The players will be getting
ready for their High School Tryouts and their upcoming Varsity and JV Seasons.
Two of the Freeze Teams finishing up their NJYHL play had exceptional seasons. The 16UA Black team
finished with a 15-2-1 record and qualified for the USA Hockey District Tournament. This
is the first team in Freeze history to make the District Playoffs. The District Playoffs will take place
in Hatfield, PA from February 26-28, 2009.
The 18UA Black Team finished the season with a 11-6-1 record and hope to make the NJYHL State Playoffs. The team
ended the regular season with a 4-0-1 run to put themselves in contention for a playoff berth.
